Dover Man Arrested After Pulling Gun at Political Rally

Delaware State Police have arrested and charged a Dover man after he pulled a handgun at a political rally last month.

Troopers say the incident happened at a rally in the area of Lancaster Pike and Barbara Road in Wilmington on the evening of Thursday, September 24.

Michael B. Hastings allegedly pulled a firearm and pointed it in the direction of a group of individuals on the other side of the street.

Hastings was indicted by a grand jury on one count of First Degree Reckless Endangerment and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony.
